Balloon goons are goblins equipped with miniature hot-air balloons that allow for personal aerial navigation, primarily for the purposes of combat and infiltration. Though balloons are not nearly as fast nor do they pack the punch of black powder rockets, they are quieter and much less likely to malfunction against their operator, making them well-suited to missions that require precision and subtlety. Balloon goons loyal to one faction or another will paint or otherwise decorate their balloons to display either their affiliations or crude messages to be received by their opponents.
